Winter Storm

Today the wind is raw and the snow was coming down fast and furious. I guess winter decided to show itself again! School was cancelled but the power stayed on which is a plus! At my feeder today several pheasants and dark-eyed juncos, crows, and blue jays decided to brave the elements and grab some food before taking cover into the bush. This afternoon the snow has stopped but the wind is still whipping through our Island. Maybe tomorrow we will get some interesting birds blown here from the storm.
