Anne and Eric Mills passed along their sightings while at their cottage on the weekend. Thought i would pass them along...
We saw 4 bald eagles at Pond Cove the first day we were there, 1 snipe, one pair of Pintails, a few Canada Geese at the back of the pond, 3 Turkey vultures dining on a large dead Gray Seal, Brant in the cove but many more in the cove outside the little pond - like 200 or so. We also saw the Brant in Freeport as we left the island.
